The building, one of the oldest still standing on the main street of Hill City has been a Bar since it was built in 1902. It's gone through several name changes throughout its 115 years of being a bar. The one name that most remember is the Old Hill City Bar. It claimed its new name the Bumpin Buffalo Bar and Grill 15 years ago.
